I like that it has just an overlapping flap at the top, no zippers or snaps to press into the laptop. It's light and protective, fits my computer perfectly. Service from Accessory Genie was prompt and polite, I had a very good experience with them.

When I called to complain that the Aspire One does not fit into this bag the company immediately let me return this product and gave me a $10 credit for their product. You can force the Acer Aspire One into this case but it is really tight.
